We are currently open to new members.

At METS we offer personal one-to-one training, so it's just you, your coach, and your own private gym. We also have a pre-work group fitness offering three mornings per week where you can join a group of eight trained by our Head Coach. In addition to this, we cater for amateur and developing athletes who need that little bit extra from their training.
